So far we have

Natural Leader:
Gains Leadership at 6th level.
+4 Bonus to leadership score. (maybe only +2 with cha boost added?)
Inspiring – all followers within 10' gain +4 to Will saves.\
+2 charisma bonus

a +1 level adjustment.


Anyone see problems or believe it to be too over/under-powered?
