Can someone please make this? I've been asking for about two weeks, and the PbP the character is in has already started.

I have a request for anyone who is familiar with Cyberpunk 2020.
"Sunshine", his ironic nickname, is a solo specializing in infiltration and elimination.
Skin: Pacific Islander
Clothes/Equipment: his left side is nondescript and unadorned except for a sleeveless shirt, shorts, and a combat boot. His right side is full Borg. His arm and leg are hydraulically supported. He has a high power smartchipped rifle (Federated Arms Light Assault 15 from Chromebook 1 if you want to be picky) mounted to the arm. His right eye is oversize, with three pupils: one (infra-)red, one (ultra-)violet, and one with two concentric white circles (tele- and micro-).
Pose: Looking at the viewer with a "go ahead, make my day" expression (if that means anything).
Colors and other details are open to artistic license.
