New Government Decided
After A month-long debate, a new civil system was decided for Helia. The decision was made to make everyone Freemen.

After a few weeks of awkward explaining and a few bloody vendetta's, a very complex social structure was set up. The fact that in the Helian language "employ" and "own" are the same word probably helped.

sort of like a social network. You can be a part of as many groups as you want, as long as you fulfill all the obligations required. In exchange, you get compensation, and a say in the hierarchy. The exceptions are the civil service, lawyer's, and military, as these groups must be impartial and unbiased.
