OK... i will post this up just to speed things up chile said that it is possible but I know Kyuedo has already ruled about this on another match, I just don't remember what he said.
The idea is that if he can pick up an object on your square this is a disarm attempt and he will pick your x-bow from the floor, if not this is a sunder attempt ><
