Wait, +29, where did all that come from? Bracers of perfect shot only apply to ranged basic attacks.

"Spending an action point to add an extra action, which also adds +7 to attack (+3 from Action Surge, +4 from Battle Mage Action)"

... and they're untyped bonuses, so they stack.

(And those bracers only add to damage anyway, not to attack.)
