After finding a safe place where she can leave her weapons, Katherine places her pack and cloak close to the fire - but not too close. Then she also graciously accepts some bread and stew from Brother Pindle before sitting down on one of the wooden chairs.

For a few moments, Kate listens intently to the conversation, not surprised in the least when it makes its quick turn into the philosophical realm. Finally, after taking in some of the other viewpoints, she weighs in with her own. "Love..." she begins with the Celestial word for Love before catching herself, and pauses before continuing on in the Common tongue. "...I would think that within Love, lives Hope..."
