It isn't the new arrival's tattered clothing that goads Kel into action; it's the way the newcomer immediately went for his weapon and squared off against Rhys, without so much as a word of inquiry or warning, that tells the former CorSec officer all he needs to know. He extends his weapon past the corner and carefully lines up a shot at the newcomer. "Hostile! Hostile! Engaging target!" he shouts.
