It would be fairly easy to tell people apart even in Krinkle's madness style. While the bodies would be the same, they'd still have different clothes.

Like I said, we don't have any set rules about art styles (as far as I saw). As long as people can tell what's going on, I'm fairly sure it really doesn't matter that much.
