* Lowered base armor on Lycan and his wolves by 2 (they were imba imo)

I remember the good old days... Whe lycan's wolves were broken... Yay for perma crit and bash! nowadays i actually have to go to ulti-mode before people begin to run away. *sadface*

Question:
* Undid the previous minimap change due to concerns from different leagues
