    Hum. My Ghost Shroud makes all my attacks Ghost Touch, but that doesn't help if you're ethereal, does it? Well, anyway, See Invisibility still lets me see you, and I'm not sure if the Rod of Negation will work while you're ethereal (do you know?) so what I'm going to do this turn is take a deep breath and blast you with (6d8)[34] Force damage, Reflex DC 38 for half.

    *breath weapon recharging... breath weapon online again in (1d4)[3] rounds*
