From the blackness that encased fully half of the world, a star twinkled. It seemed to have arrived from far away, getting closer and closer, but truly it was merely growing. It grew from a tiny speck, to a huge light. It was only about half of the size of the Sun, but it could grow closer to the world, like a man studying something in fine detail, or draw out to it's current, full range, like someone appreciating it's full picture. But this was no mere celestial body, for upon the softly glowing blue-white orb a line appeared. The line expanded upward and downward until a huge space had been opened, and it was wet like the, with a single black spot in the center, and a circle of blue around it, surrounding both was a massive swirling area of pure white, between the opened lines and the center: It was a massive eye, staring down onto the world.

Lerios decided he needed a counterpart to his brothers desert. Where his brother used the brutal strength of his light to make the land barren and obedient, Lerios would be more subtle, however subtlety was relative, and this WAS just the beginning... On the opposite side of the world from Luumu's desert, arose a new kind of place. It was a chain of islands above the ground, forming a rough circle of smaller islands with a single large island in the center. Below the water it was a massive land-mass. The land mass was surrounded by water, and there were a number of caves that lead to the sea, but it was also criss-crossed by tunnels, and many of the caves eventually lead to dry land in these tunnels. Lerios would do more with this later. For now he focused on the top of the islands.

From all of the islands great forests and jungles rose. Each of the forests resembled the sort from the area they took around the center. For instance, the top most forests were like those in the far north, full of pine and spruce and oak, whereas the bottom one was filled with jungles, and so it was if there were shades of forests over the world. In the center island palm trees grew besides maple, and all the trees and forest life of the world intermingled, and grew huge, and mushrooms grew as large as trees. In these islands, the blinding light of the Sun could not invade past the tops of the trees, but the subtle light of the Moon could penetrate, and so it was during the night, and not the day, where there was light, a white light that was cool and soothing. Into these lands he placed dozens of kinds of animals, from foraging squirrels to panthers and tigers, to tusked boar and savage wolves. He gave all such creatures a predilection for the night-time, when the moon was full and the sun was not to be seen.
