Magic Missile Build?

Can you Sneak Attack with a magic missile?

because if you can, you could pick up a level of Rogue and Craven feat.
also, if Skirmish works with MM...

With some DM fiat, maybe. But there's no attack roll involved in a MM, so I doubt it.
