On his action -

Kalen stares at his glowing form and starts laughing. "Lookit," he says, "I'm all glowy!"

With that he launches himself into the air (I'm a bit confused on the imps location). He is going to cast an area dispel magic with himself, the imp and the demon in the area (20 foot radius burst and medium distance) He will stay as far away from them as possible while doing it.
