I'm pretty sure Magus starts out at a higher level than you do if you have him join you (I always killed the smarmy little bugger...)

I considered it but I figured it'd be pointless except for avenging Cyrus but Cyrus in the northern ruins I think(someone said something about a knight's ghost and I doubt it'd just be thrown in there).

He's decent stat-wise but has no dual or triple techs(yet anyway but I doubt he gets any).
