"Greetings, to both our allies and those who might be so in the future.
Firstly, I wish to express the Union's concern for both China and the KHA, and hope that any conflcts can be resolved peacefully. In our current situation we hope to aid you in your investigations into the matter. These actions were a great affront to the peace and security of all our nations, and as such must be investiagted and solved as soon as is possible.
We also wish to thank Asgard publicly for their great aid in our economic development. Our manufacturing capacity is now of much more acceptable quality- we hope that our own expertise has aided you as much as you have us.
And finally, the Union of Javraen wishes to open its borders to much of the world as a location of technological development. While our current projects are approaching fruition and are sure to offer great advances for much of the world, we are sure that more could be achieved along these lines. Our own fields of expertise (Robotics and Space research, particularly) have advanced in leaps and bounds thanks to the aid of the Brazilian Empire and Han Dynasty, respectively. We hope that the rest of the world might also be interested in other partnerships, both through sharing our knowledge and working together to achieve results greater than the sum of their parts.

We have begun investigations- it seems the news channels were fed different chunks of video by anonymous sources, which might serve to give the impression of each side being the instigators. For example, the Chinese press were given images of the KHA sergeant opening fire and the Dragon going down.
