Bruno Kretzkichev looked out his window. The ruins of Moscow were beginning to reform into a recognizable city, though here and there, a city block was nothing but twisted iron girders and concrete rubble.
'We had so much potential.' thought the bearlike man, 'But we threw it away for secrecy.'
Returning to his desk, he finished writing a letter, sealed it in an envelope, and shuffled it into the pile of other letters.
'But it would seem that fate has given us another at-bat.'

To whom it may concern,
We are aware of your presence. It is a heavy hand on the goodness of this Earth, a weight dragging us further and further down. But, in all evil, there is good. one of the things that worst affected us was the loss of our cities.
We have plenty enough building supplies on hand, but what we lack is the machinery needed to manipulate said products. Our streets are filled with rubble, and our buildings few. We would be willing to negotiate a deal for construction machines. But be aware, our eyes are not blinded to the corporate menace.
