It typically happens upon scrolling. I suspect something's messed up about the drivers.
The blue screen message would probably explain what the issue is, but it is pretty long and vanishes within half a second.

Truth be told, I don't think I've run into hackers particularly often on the regular BNet either (one occassion where I know of it, who were using a disconnect hack, and a few cases where I suspected a map hack, but that still amounts to just a couple of games amongst hundreds).
