Only on the OOTS forum can two characters with different skin color, different hair color, different clothes, and different hairstyles (yes, even before Haley's haircut) be called a "striking resemblance".

Seriously, I cannot see one similarity between these two, except maybe that they both have ponytails (although different shaped ones).
