They are hands, just with palms pointed towards the sky, and due to Secundus being completely black, its hard to make out the individual digits.

Comic 271 is up. Less of a plot comic, more just of battle idiocy.

Oh and btw, I HB'd a spell

The spellcaster extends their hands, and a large cylinder-like entity that resembles a rocket that seems to be made of force flies out at the mage's target.

The spellcaster can choose to make a Ranged Touch Attack for the projectile to hit a particular target. If the projectile hits, then the target takes 6d6 Bludgeoning Damage and is not allowed a saving throw against the damage done by the area of effect. If the ranged touch attack misses, then the projectile continues to fly in the direction it was aimed until it either hits a character or object at the GM's discretion, at which point it detonates as normal, or it flies out of its range, at this point the force-rocket diffuses.

Damage done by the Area of Effect is 1d6 points of force damage per caster level (Max: 20d6)

SPECIAL: Due to being a Force effect, the projectile can collide and do damage to an incorporal enemy as if it were corporal.
Creatures with Spell Resistance can only apply them to Area of Effect damage, and not to the bludgeoning damage from projectile collision.
Due to being a nonmagical effect, Bludgeoning Damage from projectile collision is affected by Damage Reduction.
