Er... Lu Bu isn't a straight fighter. He's multiclassed into 5 different classes. He's the strongest NPC in this game for a reason you know. And yes, he has good gear.

EDIT: Liang Xiu, you do realize Emerald Razor converts a normal attack to a Touch attack, right? It doesn't lower his touch AC at all, and the goal is to be able to hit his touch AC...
