Rich has stated in "Don't Split the Party" that "I-I must succeed" are, indeed, the four words that V was meant to say. His prophecy is fulfilled.

I thought there was something about Sangwaan and Hinjo in War and XP's...

There's a bonus comic that shows Hinjo spending his New Year's Eve with Shojo. Shojo mentions that Hinjo should look into getting a wife and suggests Sangwaan, because he "notices the way she looks at you". Hinjo is fairly incredulous about Sangwaan being able to look at anything.
