The monsters fight with rage and naked savagery, relying on their superior stregnth rather then skill or tactics. An enormous one rears above Artemis, clenching an enormous scythelike blade that he swings in a monsterous arc.

I..."'Just then the hammer fell from his grasp and crashed o the floor, chipping the stone. The ancient dwarf swayed and sat back on his chair, breath coming in short gasps.
