Those whom he has helped generally find themselves attached to a string or two. If they refuse the string, they generally find themselves bankrupt within the year once he withdraws his funding. He also told me one time that he has started several promising entrepreneurs outside the city on their business ventures in exchange for being a co-owner of their enterprise.
