    He works with Blackwing investagating killings and disapearences in Cliffport.
    With members of the Order making cameos once and awhile. And his arch enemy is Crime boss Qarr. Mr Scruffy has a vendetta for finding his old master's (Lord Shojo) killer. (Lets say he dosen't know who did it.) It sounds awesome to me. Mr. Scruffy Public Investigater!
