I think that's grounds for a refund.

You know, there's only one thing that bothers me about Blu-Rays versus DVD's.... the blue label on the box. Some DVD boxes are rather pretty and look very nice on a shelf... but Blu-Ray boxes always need that big, ugly, blue "Blu-Ray DISC ZOMG!!!" label on the top.

Does this bother anyone else? Might be the fact that I study design and I notice this sort of thing, but still.... >.o

No it bothers the hell out of me. It doesn't bother anyone else that I know but it irks me hugely!
It's like it's going "Hey! Hey! This is a blu ray. Did you know it's a blu ray? You haven't forgotten have you? Just to remind you look at the big blue case. What colour is it? Is it blue? That's because it's a blu ray."
