Unless you have a fast metabolism, in which case you will stay skinny no matter how much you eat; like me, I once consumed an entire large pizza by myself along with several pieces of garlic bread, a generous bottle of soft drink and several servings of ice cream. This was bested by the time I ate an entire MacDonalds' Family Selections Dinner Meal, by myself.
And I remain skinny.
It is actually better for your body and health if you eat more meals though of smaller portions.I usually eat small meals, 6 times a day. Obviously, though, these do not include junk food.
