Is it just my weirdness or is anyone else suddenly getting the mental image of someone commenting on how "Evil is Delicious!" and proceeding to eat Mordokai? ...This is a very compelling image...hmm...

I've had evil once.

I was on a long walk in the seamier side of town, amusing myself by jogging, sightseeing, and beating random passerbys when I found that my exercise, as well as my exercise in brutality, had given me the most profound hunger of my life. Although I typically only dine in establishments that have the Salesman's Seal of Quality (quality, in this case, meaning absurdly cheap food), I was compelled to take a risk.

I stopped in by a small, filthy shop by the name of Smelly Bartholemew's. I ordered a small Coke with a lemon and dead rat on the rim, as was my custom, and sat down to the menu.

The chef's secret ingredient, as it turns out, was filth. There was filth casserole, filthburgers with filth fries, grunge souffle, garbage truffles with a side of key grime pie, and quiche. Being allergic to squalor, I perused the menu until I came upon the following dish:

Evil

An exquisitely prepared batch of evil, harvested from the Murder fields of Lecroix, France. 10.99, 11.99 with side order of filth.

I ordered it.

Five minutes later, the waiter tried to kill me and steal my shoes. I was later informed that this was not part of the meal, rather being part of the table entertainment.

I was then served a batch of viscous black goo. It tasted like filth.

The moral of the story is, jogging is for communists and is to be avoided like death itself.

Heh, all ours melted and left behind giant potholes in the roads...some of the streets are starting to look like they came straight out of Fallout 3.

Yeah...snow's always super-hard on the roads. Ours were graveled so many times that they're all rocky now. And the street sweeper hasn't come through yet....

But I'm glad that in the west we use gravel instead of salt. Salt may melt the snow, but it ruins cars.

In other news....

I watched PotC: At Worlds End last night. Sure it was corny...I made fun of it at the appropriate moments...but I think I liked it even better this time

Snow + Melt = very rough roads. Especially when the plows go back over them to salt them and make sure they don't get iced over when the night falls.

Benedryl or something with an anti-histamine. Calamine lotion or even an oatmeal bath (Aveeno is the brand I think) will help reduce the itching.
