Alice is investigating the punching bag's remains. Devlin is sitting in the Great Room. Vespe, Victoria, and Jack are nowhere to be found.

Reinholdt is having a deadtime conversation with Happy in the great room and therefore is free to be rude and do other things.

Butler is around cleaning.

An illusion of DC appears by Reinholdt.

You know, I think I've seen what the end of the universe looks like. It's not a nice place... An infinite darkness, stretching out forever. If that's your salvation, then you are truly twisted.

That's great! Dani grins and skips over to give her another squeeze.
And a quick peck on the cheek...
Before skipping away and back into the kitchen.

That's okay, love. And I like the beach too.

And we still have to get dresses, a cake, invitations, a wedding theme, food, flowers, and the rings...

Rings? I thought we already had rings. She lifts her hand up.

As a side note: Judy took the remains of the poor girl to the infirmary. Maybe Nil could breath some life into her.

Reinholdt looks at him. "Oh? What did you expect it to be? Butterflies? But there's no one there is there? No pain is there? Can't get hurt if you don't exist, can you?"

He only says this if no one else is around. Otherwise, he just stares.

There's nothing to do, nothing to see, just an endless nonexistence you wish you could get out of. And I did.

Reinholdt may or may not make the connection to what he saw, what with DC dissolving from the inside out.

"Heh. Then there was a mistake. You were there. You're not supposed to exist in non-existence. No wonder it was horrible. With the end, you're supposed to join it, not suffer from fighting it."

Judy gets another tight hug as well from the ever-cheerful Dani.

"Heh. Condemnation for the paradox within it. There isn't supposed to be existence in non-existence. Hence the name oblivion. It can't be condemnation for the non-one..." Reinholdt speaks to no one in particular. If it was condemnation, then that would mean... the thought was too disturbing to contemplate. So it couldn't be true.

Then there's a voice from nowhere.

Your salvation is death.

And now he's really gone.

[Reinholdt]

And that throws Reinholdt into a maniacal laughing fit. He's now shouting to no one. "I'VE BEEN WAITING SO LONG FOR THAT!!"

He falls into a whisper. "Yet even when I get it, I can't keep it. I have to finish the mission. I have to save everyone..."

Judy hugs her back. Hi, Dani. Would you like to be a bridesmaid? I don't know how many we need though.

It's a good thing for Reinholdt that the security cameras don't record psychic illusions, or that would have been very incriminating for him. Now it just looks like he's a craaaaaazy kitty.

The Paper Construct is waiting in the library. If he had a face, he would not look amused. But he doesn't, so he just looks like a lifeless construct.

Reinholdt arrives in a small time paradox. Then the TARDIS arrives around him and everything's right again.

Vespe steps out, looking quite pleased with himself. One Nightheart and one Brightheart, as requested, your paperyness. He bows, grinning.

The paper construct takes them both from Vespe, not looking at Reinholdt.
He teleports out in a flutter of paper. A single sheet lands in front of Reinholdt.

The balance has been restored. Such is the price of failure.

[Reinholdt]

Reinholdt looks at Vespe oddly and takes the Brightheart from him. "I think you need to remember how the deal went silly Vespe."

Presuming of course they actually did figure out which one was which...
If not, who knows what Reinholdt just took?
