I just had to make this thread when I saw Sizemore today in 136.

Look at his face.



Jamie did that with eyebrows and just two shades of tan. That was all. Most of his face is covered by the book but you can still just FEEL the hatred coming out from every pore on Sizemore's cutesy-boop Dirtamancer body. Burlew does this same kind of thing with the eyebrows in OotS, but I've never seen any character in OotS manage to look as pissed and hurt and sad as Sizemore does here. It just blew me away how emotional two little black lines can be.

So, yeah. What's your favorite bit of Erfworld art?

It's not my favorite, but the minimalist art is also very expressive here:

In a way, most Erfworld art is sort of minimalist. Because so many characters look like featureless plush dolls. More win for Jamie thanks to that.

Some of it's not as simple as usual, though. Stanley's face here in Panel 5 is another favorite of mine.
