Statting a moogle

Hey guys, (or gals, as that may be the case), I've got a GM that finally agreed to let me place a moogle as my race. Only problem is, I have NO IDEA on how statting it would work.. Think I could get some help?

It would be really appreciated.

Whatever the case, moogles should get a large bonus on Incite Empathy vs. girly girls and Incite Laughter vs. macho men checks.
