Sure it's a bit of a fixer upper, but it hasn't been used for years, and with a bit of landscaping, some nice thatch huts, and a fiber optic cable strung from the mainland for some interweb action, we're set.

After the initial set-up, we'd need to introduce some fish into the lagoon. That way we have a steady supply of food other than coconuts.
