Wiz you were in Jinenji with me. I lost favor by pulling off his towel within the first couple pages. I don't worry about it much. I just play what is fun. Also I have been in enough maid to know what happens when you reach 0.

But that wasn't... I... Ume says. Gotta stay in control, I have a reputation to uphold! Ummm... Okay Apple. You seem to speak good enough Japanese, so I would've thought that you would know our customs. I am wrong apparently.

A black bat will fly towards Rin and try to land on her haid. Eek.

The first ping hasn't even gone off on Katashi's impropriety radar before he has sprung and separated Apple from Ume once again. "Apple! You will serve a second detention the day after tomorrow, immediately after class!"

Harumi bows and clasps her hands together. Yes Atsuko-Sensei, thank you. Your kindness fills me with hope with the future, I just know things will go well now! If you'll excuse me, I'll get started on recruiting members right away, since I need at least four.

Her eyes shift about her surroundings as she looks for an approachable student. This is when she notices... a girl dressed in the best vampire costume she's ever seen.

Without wasting any time she hurries towards Ume. Oh, this is just great! I have to admit I was a little worried that there wouldn't be anyone interested in Cosplay now that we're in High school. Oh wow! Even an enthusiast like myself didn't have the guts to show up to school dressed up on the very first day! That's the best vampire costume I've ever seen! You'll be happy to know that I'm starting a Cosplay Club. If you want, you can be the very first member. No... that isn't right, because of your obvious dedication, I'm going to make you the vice-president! I'm Harumi Kohino, but please call me by my first name. What's your name?

And a bat lands on Rin's very tidy, clean, and perfectly arranged hair. She gives a shriek, falling backwards over one of her suitcases as she flails at the bat, her aim fairly poor, mostly just wild and violent waving of her arms.

The bat will fly over to land on Ume's shoulder.

Muffy just shakes her head at all the commotion, but smiles slightly, "This has got to be the most... unique school I've ever attended."

I guess it is true that people don't rub up against people like cats do. I need to not touch anyone like the other girls do I guess.

Apple's eyes are glued to the other girls.

"Oh yes, an American expression. I totally knew that. I was playing with you."

Blushing furiously, Rin picks herself up and tries to retidy her hair, glaring at the bat before turning that glare to Ume- she was the bat's keeper. She should have kept a closer eye on it! Shaking a little bit, and highly embarrassed, Rin backs off a little, lingering at the edge of the group as she waits for some kind of lead from the two teachers.

Harumi's eyes grow wide and she squeals. You dress up... every day?! She bows deeply. Ohh Senpai... I bow to your enthusiasm! She frowns pensively. Still... that's a bit lacking in originality. Then she beams. But that's why I'm Club President! Don't worry Senpai, you can count on me to spice you up!

She jots Umi's name down on a list and adds "vice-president" to it. Then her eyes shift to the others. Do your friends want to join too? Don't worry, there's still plenty of room! Her earnest gaze clearly indicates she's expecting a response.

I'm quite fine with my appearance, thank you very mu- She looks at the girl once again. Sure I'll join. At least until a better alternative to hide my identity shows up. Dad told me that they might have dispatched a hunter here.

Harumi blinks in confusion. Umm... no, it's not a food. It's where we make our own costumes and then dress in them. You know, like a maid or a nurse or your favorite video game character. It's lots of fun!

"I think I could do that. I will join. The teacher said I had this detention for two days though. I guess I won't be able to do anything those days."

Ume then glares at Apple. Wait, what do I care? She'll probably be expelled within the week.

Harumi bobs her head enthusiastically. I had no idea the girls here would be so cute! This is going to be way better than Middle School. She hands her form to Apple Pie. You're a foreigner, right? I think this will be a great experience for you. Just write down your name and if you would, note which days would work best for you to meet.

I'm around a lot. I'm usually around at night more. She then remembers that there may be a slayer here. To fit my persona.

Usually, not when I sleep though. Although I'm working on that. Whoever ends up as my roommate can have both beds to themselves, I'm working on a harness so I can sleep upside down. Ume says.

So I'll just wear a stupid little leather strap and pretend to suspend myself upside down when I'm sleeping. This may work.

Apple Pie starts trying to fill out the form. She gets confused at several parts. She tried filling them out the best she can.

"Any day is fine with me. I will try hard not to be so offensive and getting into trouble anymore. Are you from Japan, Harumi?"

Muffy nods slowly, "And the point of all this is... like a kind of second life roleplay? I mean I saw that documentary about the woman in America who pretends she's an officer from Star Trek all the time..." She looks confused.

Not anymore though! As Club President, it's my duty to inspire creativity in members of the Cosplay Club. Our motto is: Taking Off Your Clothes is so Much Fun, and we'll be going with a different theme every month. I've got to admit I've never really been big on scary things, but I'm sure you'll be able to help me out come Halloween, Ume.

She smiles at Apple. That's right. If you need help with anything, just come to me and I'll be glad to assist you.

I don't really pretend I'm a vampire, just mostly dress like one. The harness thing was a joke you know. I started wearing this a while ago, and I've just gotten used to wearing it. Of course, my family doesn't like me doing it, saying it's unhealthy or something like that, so I jumped into boarding school the first chance I could get.

Oh no, she was so late! But she was never late! Was she? She was late now! So late! The shame! The disgrace!

Suddenly, like a bullet from nowhere, an older girl appeared in a cloud of dust and clapped her hands together firmly.

"Alright, girls, enough. I am Keiko Samejima, I'm the Class Rep this year. We are going to have a fun and interesting and safe time, aren't we?" She suggested, smiling. "No rule breaking, no outlandish behavior, no weird stuff." She clarified, nodding in agreement to herself. She was hiding her exhaustion from running quite well, didn't want to appear weak in front of the new students. "Right?"

"Thank you so much, Harumi. I know how to speak Japanese, but I know so little about how to act here."

Apple keeps her distance, but smiles very big. Apple looks towards the new girl.

"Rule breaking, outlandish, weird... have people been talking about me already."

Muffy chuckles, "No weird stuff... no, certainly not. Now where do I sign up for that club again? The one who's motto is: It's fun taking our clothes off...?"

Harumi bows to the Class Representative. Oh, hello Keiko-Senpai. I'm Harumi, and I hope I don't cause you any trouble. Umm... enough what?

She helps Apple fill out the form and then gives it to Muffy.

Talk to Harumi or me. Apparently I'm vice president without a choice, roommate. She smiles. I've already got a dorm room here and it would be weird if they paired you with a freshman. My old roommate graduated last year. Besides, your other choice is... Apple.
