Miki nodded. "I was just strolling through the park one day and I came across this place."

The man wiped at the knees of his jeans. "Alright, alright, who took your what now? I'll help you look, but be quick about it. I've got an appointment."

Nina saw that the man was similar to the one that Sharell had ran into; non-descript, typical, ordinary civilian, wearing casual clothes. He was a blank so far as ID went.

Alpha signaled back that they were moving into position.

Unknown variable within proximity to target. Nina mentally dictated. Exercising operational discretion. When the figure passed Nina, she jumped out, pulling out her katana and striking the hilt against the back of their skull in an attempted knockout takedown.

Shadow Tail

Shadow appears out of nowhere behind Brighthand.

"So when was the last time you saw our charge anyway?"

Brighthand

Gahcrapdon'tdothat! Lauren/Brighthand says as Shadow Tail appears. She calms down. I assigned some of the regular agents to watch her.

I really shouldn't have accepted Sharell without asking her... Time to lie... She thinks.

I've discovered an agent of Interpol working for the same goal as me. He is currently watching our charge. In addition, I am suspicious of Kaito, and of some strange ninja person that he was speaking to.

"You have been hiding all this from me. Why?"

I was certain that such an experienced agent would have already discovered this much. If not more.

How's your progress?

[Siren]

Shadow Tail

"You most likely know what my progress is. You sent me to find information you already knew or were suspicious of. Some partner you are. This isn't going to work right if you trust every person you meet more than me. You can follow me or not."

Shadow melts away into the shadows. She starts looking for their charge.

Sherwood nodded again, just staring out across the pond. He was finding it more and more difficult to stop himself from telling her what was going on. What right did he have to hide it from her?

Because, my ability to protect her will be compromised if I do. And I still have not seen any reason to believe our intel was correct. She just seems like a normal girl. Which is for the best. People like her don't need to be mixed up with Orion.

"Your parent's know you are out this late?"

[Guancyto]

"One of the squirrels!" Sharell quivers, looking terribly distraught. "It took my ring and ran off. I need to find it before it buries it or drops it down a tree or something."

The moonlight reflects off her glasses, obscuring her eyes appraising him. Maybe he's an ordinary person, in which case no harm done. Maybe not, and he might reveal something.

Lauren sits there for a moment. Wait, how the hell would I follow you? She gives up on this line of thought and lies back.

[Neon Knight]

Nina knocked the man out quickly, efficiently, and without a sound.

The man looked nervously past Sharell down the path. "Lady, you're ring's probably gone. I'll help you look, but nor for long. I've got an appointment."

Miki looked down at her feet for a second. "I don't live with my parents. I live with my aunt and uncle. They don't know I'm out."

Nina quickly drags the man off of the path, and searches for any form of ID, weaponry, or anything else that would help her determine if the man could be left behind a tree, or if he needed to disappear.

Shadow is searching the park and quickly laying traps, just in case.

Is there some kinda roll I need to make to find Sherwood and Miki? Or are they moving openly? So many stealth rolls out there.

Sherwood blushed slightly, and looked down at his feet as well, wishing his briefing had covered things like that. Now he sounded like an idiot.

Oh well, it's not like there was much of a chance anyways.

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have asked."

Mr. Brown

"Hmm hmm hm, hm hmm hmmm hmm hmm."
The janitor finishes sweeping up, putting all the cleaning supplies away and locking the gate behind him.

Sharell von Murfel

"That's fine, that's fine," Sharell gives him a little pull off the path, figuring a rough semicircle of the lakeside, so she can keep about the same distance to Miki and Sherwood as she has been, but wind up on the other side of them. "I think it went this way, come on!"

[Neon Knight]

Nina didn't find any identification, but the man was carrying a stun gun.

"It's alright." Miki looked at Sherwood and tried to smile reassuringly. "Y-you didn't know. It's not your fault." She didn't want Sherwood to feel bad because of her.

Shadow Tail easily found Miki and Sherwood.

The man followed Sharell. When he thought Sharell wasn't looking, he kept looking in the direction of Miki and Sherwood.

Lauren Fronts

Lauren is busy practicing karate kata in her room. Bassai-Dai to be precise.

Sherwood shook his head, turning to face her, and just looking straight into her eyes. He wasn't one to turn away from anything.

"But I still shouldn't have asked. Digging up things like that, can't be pleasant."

Sherwood cracked a smile at her, and winked.

"I'll tell you what. As a promise, I'll give you a question to. Ask me anything you like, anything at all, and I'll answer it as truthfully as I can. If I can't answer it fully now, I'll do it someday."

Sherwood had to wonder why he was saying this. It was foolish, and stupid. To many things could come out, and he'd look terrible for going back on a promise. But he had to say something, it seemed best.

[Siren]

Shadow Tail

Shadow pulls out a recorder. She starts talking into it after pressing a button.

"It was easy to find the target. Brighthand probably lying again about not being able to find her. The target is with the student named Sherwood. They appear to be on some kind of date. Can't hear them, but I have a clear view and with my traps that should be enough."

Shadow stops recording.

Nina Morozov

Nina paused for a moment, considering her options, before opening up another databurst to her observation team. "Contact sympathetic authorities, anonymously report suspect possessing a stungun without a license. Attempt to interrogate in custody. I am disabling the weapon." Nina cracked open the battery of the stun gun, and slipped it into a pocket of her civilian clothing. She then put the stun gun into the man's hand and dumped him behind a tree out of immediate view of the path.

OOC: A 15 on cunning to hide the guy from casual observers, if you're trying to find him, I guess.

What a pity. She can't deal with him immediately, not here. Well, there's more than one way to skin a cat...

"Come on! This is no time to get distracted!" she continues searching the various trees and bushes along her route. It would be hard to not hear or notice her crashing about in the undergrowth.

(10 to find the unconscious guy, 3 for stealth.)

"A-anything I like?" Miki had no idea what to ask him.

"U-um..."

The man stopped. It was difficult to keep up with Sharell. He bent over, panting. "Look, I've got to stop looking. I have an appointment to keep."

Nina successfully hid the man. Alpha team sent her a databurst; something was up. They were asking her to stand by while they assessed the situation.

All the other agents in a position to do so gathered the same data as Nina from their various channels.

Sherwood recieved the message as well, a tiny Ear piece hidden giving him it. He didn't visually react, not wanting to worry Miki. But he did keep looking about.

"You don't have to ask it now. Save it up, if you like. One free answer, no matter the question."

Sherwood saw Sharell, moving in the background, becoming worried. If they had penetrated the school already, anyone could be an agent.
