Alex drops the dish and tries to blur back a step.
Well that's not good.
He glances about to see if there's a blender.

There is indeed a blender. The vodka smells strange though, very strange.

Alex pours in a measure of vodka. After spending a moment in what appears to be deep thought he drops in a pizza slice and about half the pibb. Pressing the lid firmly on the blender he blends until creamy. Then he begins rummaging around for a glass.

Well that's not good.

What's wrong? Something rotten in the fridge?

Whatever's in the dish drains power. I think the vodka's just crappy vodka though.
He grabs a couple of glasses from the cupboard.
Anyone want a sip?

"I was a college student before I was a hero, so... yep gonna drink it."

At approximately 3 AM EST, the President-For-Life of Qu'yu'ril was found murdered in his bathroom, with three large holes drilled into his head. Cause of death has not been confirmed. No country is currently claiming responsibility for his death.

At approximately 6 AM EST, the European Union's team of superheroes has managed to stop a massive coordinated supervillain attack in Denmark. Thor Thorson VIII is suspected to be the mastermind behind it.

Investigators are still withholding information on the five simultaneous bank assaults in Big City yesterday. They then threw a shiny object into the crowd and the reporters on the scene got too distracted to remember why they were there. Stupid field - hey, someone brought a bunny into the studio!

Million-Dollar Bill has announced he has plans to return to Earth, just as soon as the crisis on Chiron Beta Prime is settled. Experts say that they have no clue what he is talking about.

The Hunters have announced that they are moving their base of operations from Trenton, New Jersey to Big City. The team's spokesman has explained that they have simply run out of criminals to kill.

Yet another sex tape has been released by former teenage superhero Star Power. As the local news is not at liberty to show it, we can only state that it is absolutely disgusting.

"No takers than? That's a shame."
Alex shrugs and pours some of the viscous fluid into a glass. After taking a moment to steady himself he gulps down the mixture.
"That... tastes about like I expected."

Alex immediately begins to feel sick. Then really sick. Then slightly better. Followed by sick again.

Give me a percentage roll to see how much of your stomach's contents end up on the floor.

After looking queasy for a few moments Alex leans over the sink and loses not necessarily his lunch but definitely most of the shake.

Brown Vomit is shot out from Alex's mouth. Unfortunately for him, he didn't move fast enough, and a some of it is on the tiled floor, as well as his shirt.

For a full minute, Alex pukes into the sink. Near the end, he stops blowing chucks and coughs up pure bile.

No lawyer has ever gotten enough physical evidence to convict any member of The Hunters with a felony. And since they're based in New Jersey, being a member of a violent organized group is only a misdemeanor.

The amount of testimonials against their violent vigilantism has filled up several dozen books.

Captain Unstoppable remembers his last experience with The Hunters. He was testifying against them after they shot Tony Alto to death in cold blood. The jury wasn't rigged, but it might as well have been. Despite the obvious verdict, they were acquitted five minutes after the final statements.

"Run out of criminals to KILL?" Doc Atom parroted. "If they killed every criminal in New Jersey, that must put the body count in the thousands at least. How did they manage to stay out of jail?"

"Judging from my experiences with the criminal justice system down there, it's more plausible than you'd imagine."

The Captain folds his arms and growls.

"The whole east coast is our turf now, though, and Big City especially. They better not pull that stuff when under our watch, am I right?
