On rare occasions, when a telepathic creature dreams, it broadcasts its dreams via telepathy subconsciously. These dreams spread throughout the Plane of Dreams like an oneiromantic meme, spreading from creature to creature via subconscious telepathy. Eventually, these dreams have been telepathically transmitted to the point that they are so charged with telepathic energy that they manifest as an incorporeal outsider known as an Interferant. The Interferant’s are the bane of any telepathic creature, as they can easily perceive them and broadcast mental static to stun them. An Interferant is naturally invisible, but it can choose to appear as a swarm of black and white “snow” or a black and white humanoid.

    Telepathic Static (Su)
As a standard action, an Interferant may mentally project mind-wracking telepathic static. All creatures within 30 ft. of it with telepathy must make a DC 17 Will save or be stunned for 1 round and lose their ability to use telepathy for 1d6 hours. The save is Charisma based.

    Natural Invisibility (Su)
An Interferant is naturally invisible. This ability is constant, allowing an Interferant to remain invisible even when attacking. This ability is inherent and not subject to the invisibility purge spell. A Interferant may, as a swift action, display one of two visual forms. It may appear either as a swarming mass of black and white sparks resembling “snow”, or as a humanoid of any description, colorless save for pure black and white. A see invisibility spell reveals one of the two forms, at the Interferant’s choice.

    Telepathic Blindsight (Su)
An Interferant has blindsight out to 150 ft. However, it can only perceive creatures with the telepathy special quality, creatures capable of manifesting telepathy powers, creatures under the effect of telepathy powers, and items with an aura of telepathy with this blindsight.

    Nice reference.

Is the natural invibility like the invisible stalker's? I seem to remember that invisibility purge negated the inivisibility for 1 round only, or for 1d4 rounds, or something like that.

And of course, we are on the internet.

Nope, the invisibility purge clause was copied right from the Invisible Stalker.
