I've been waiting for your response for a while now but I think I'll take a gamble and add the insight bonus to my attack.
So I had a 19, plus 2 for STR, plus 1 for offensive precognition for a total of 22. You started with 21 AC and fighting defensivily (geudsing that's where the -3 comes from your attack) you should have 24 AC. With the +2 bonus to my attack I'll have 24 on my attack which will be a hit.
