Neknoh: I just got back on the box, so I've not had a chance to reply. I'm a little behind on my Bleach lore, I assume the Exequitas are essentially something of a 2nd Squad-esque group?

Leader is not powerful enough to be an Espada, but essentially, yes, they deal with intruders and cleanup of dead and beaten people which the Espada leave behind.

They take every chance they get at killing someone that the great Toho sama wants killed. Be they intruders or people he is displeased with. The leader in the current arc has a VERY special power which I did not want to mimic, so let us all just assume there is a huge ammount of arrancar with identical masks and almost-seated-person combat levels which serve as the Exequitas under Theresa.

By the way: The "incredibly unlikely circumstance" I mentioned earlier was if someone manages to put Carcharadon through more pain than the Machine does.

I think that he doesn't enjoy pain, but merely feels drawn to it. Once undergoing it he doesn't enjoy it in the slightest, but he is fascinated by it, and that's how he found out that pain makes him stronger. Literally.

But yeah, he's pretty emo. He does tend to go on a bit about "suffering." The fact that he is an angry eight-foot-tall shark man with a huge stone hammer makes up for this.
