As I said, you have to roll for concealment. It's 50%.

If you read Antimagic field, it specifically says that effects are supressed and not dispelled, i.e. they do not end and pop back up as soon as you supress the field to shoot.

Also: while shooting, my items come back up and you need to hit my larger AC
-> your disintegrate misses.

Oh, and concealment doesn't make me invisible, you know where I am, it's just hard to aim.

Yes. But you have to deactivate it again while you shoot! It says so in the description.
Otherwise, it would fail as soon as it hit me, due to your field.

At least, that's the way I'm reading it.

Beholder description says that your field cancels your rays, i.e. you can't shoot at me while I'm in it.

Didn't we already discuss this? It's what makes Hive Mother Beholder so opverpowered: Focused AntiMagic. It effects only you, not me or anyone else.

I suppose we could just ignore FAM, but I'd rather start over and not use any cheese AT ALL.
