[ACRO] GLoG 28: The People's Republic of Magtok

[Falgorn]

Marcos is around, having just gotten out of the hot tub. If Tia is still a fox, he'll try to pick her up and stroke her hair. If not, then not.

Falgorn smiles as he goes back to massaging.

[SeptAngel]

She grins and kisses teasingly near his lips.

[Falgorn]

Falgorn playfully grins, as he tries to tickle her.

[SeptAngel]

She eeps and squirms at the tickling.

[Falgorn]

Falgorn stops, laughing. He lets out a loud, long yawn before caressing her skin again.

[SeptAngel]

She catches her breath from being tickled and cuddles back up to him.

[Falgorn]

Blarghle. They have returned....I suppose.

He doesn't seem to mind. There's something calming about his hands...like his touch really is magic.

[SeptAngel]

She sighs contently and closes her eyes as she relaxes at his touch. He keeps going and she's going to be asleep very soon.

[Falgorn]

He smiles. "You tired, Alexis?"

[Jacklu]

Tia is indeed still a fox. She is picked up easily enough. She doesn't seem to mind it at all either.

[SeptAngel]

She nods. You wore me out. Mind if I sleep here? Before he can answer, she's fast asleep on top of him.

[Falgorn]

Now, I'm back.

Falgorn nods and goes to sleep.

Marcos carries the fox to the kitchen, trying to flip it over in his arms and rub its belly. You're such a good.... Gender check. Girl. I wonder what I should call you...

Tia lets herself get flipped. She is a little perturbed by yet another impromptu sex check, but as a fox, she really can't ask people to stop, now can she? Instead she looks at Marcos and tilts her head to one side.

[Reinholdt]

Reinholdt undeadtimes once more.
Huh. It's so odd to be ready. Waiting really was the hardest part. Just had to hold that conference or whatever you want to call it and prove he's been redeemed. Or at least start proving it anyways.

He'll look around for something to do.

Chelonie wakes up in the infirmary. Like her player, she seems to sleep 4-5 hours at a time.

[Reinholdt]

"Hello Chelonie. Feeling better any?" Reinholdt says as he steps inside the infirmary.

[happyturtle]

"Physically, yes." Her player just realized she's running three characters at once for the first time in ages, and is impressed with herself.

[Reinholdt]

Try to keep it below five.
*speaks from horrible experience which causes frantic posting attempts to keep up*

"Saw your notice about Lex."

"I hope she forgives me."

[Reinholdt]

"Hard to say. Don't think you're overreacting just a tad?"

[happyturtle]

"Over. Reacting." Chelonie stares at him a moment. "You think someone who can go into a homicidal rage over cake should lead this organization?"

[Reinholdt]

"Hmmm... I suppose the problem is in the choices. On the one hand you have someone willing to go into a homicidal rage over cake, though has admitted it was an accident. On the other hand you have someone who's willing to go homicidal at the thought of someone redeeming. At least you can work with Lex to try and get through the problems."

Granted, Reinholdt doesn't really care who wins at all. Just bringing it up for conversation.

"I don't know what you're talking about." Homicidal rage at the thought of someone being redeemed? "I intend to work with Lex and do whatever I can for her. She doesn't need any added responsibilities on top of that."

[Reinholdt]

"Czernov shot me on sight right after I joined GLoG before inquiring as to my purpose here. Not very productive for Redemption purposes if that's GLoG's goal."

"As for Lex, did you ask her privately to drop out of the race before going public like you did? She's your henchpixie. She probably would have dropped out for you."

[ThePhantom]

After deadtiming offering a flatjack to Susan, Marley waits in the great room.
After thinking for a while, and noticing the notice about Reinholdt, Marley decides to take a chance involving a certain book of his.
He asks a drone if Reinholdt is in the base.

"After everything you've done, you wonder why someone might shoot you on sight? You were offered forgiveness time and time again... never mind. This isn't about your redemption and whether or not it's sincere. Yes, I tried to talk to Lex, but she POPs away whenever the conversation gets difficult, and I have no way of knowing when she'll reappear. Since the election ends in a few days, I thought it best to act at once."

[Reinholdt]

"Statement: He's in the infirmary talking to Mrs. Amikarr."

Those drones are creepy. They know. THEY KNOW!

Reinholdt doesn't retort that they forgiven him over and over when he didn't WANT it and that's what makes all the difference in the world.

What he does do is shrug. "Your conscience then. Honestly, you could have gotten her to drop out even after she won. You know that. At worst you could have brought it out in public after the elections and had a revote. I'm not sure why you jumped on this so quickly, but... it's really going to hurt Lex. That is not something I'm going to be happy to see."

[ThePhantom]

"Thank you."
Marley heads to the infirmary.

[happyturtle]

You're the one who corrupted her. You and that husband of yours.

She doesn't say it. She's quite convinced now that Reinholdt means to do her harm, or at least that some part of him does. She's starting to wonder if he has multiple personalities. "I don't know that she would have stepped down. She never cared about power before, but now..."

[Reinholdt]

I wouldn't be surprised. He seems to have every other illness. And I'm just talking about Reinholdt Prime. Not even getting into the fancy simulcram issue.

He seemed pretty certain Lex would've stepped down though. He could be wrong.

Doesn't say anything however as Marley steps in. "Hi."
