"Mr percival ? do you think there is a phone I could use tomorow morning. i think there was a big misunderstanding. There's no need to lie on my account. I'll be out soon.
If you really want i'll just say for tonight that I'm a banshee."

"But why would monsters be afraid of humans ? It make no sense."

Catsy

"So you have superhuman strength? Wow that is cool. I don't have anything cool like that."

Percy

"Please do not drink while on the job. It leads to accidents and saying things you will regret."

He turns her head to the "schizophrenic" girl and says. "Apple, it is not that they are afraid of humans, it is rather that humans are afraid of them. And it is because of that fear that they do bad things to non-human individuals. They live here to get away from all of that."

Charlotte

"So this is like a rest home for washouts from the monster community?" Charlotte takes a swig from the bottle Apple so graciously declined. "Huh. At least they keep a decent cabinet."

Percy

"From what I can tell, most of the residents are quite young."

"This is a place of refuge to escape bigotry, not as you put it, a home for washouts."

Kerri is muttering to herself, "Why did he have to go and leave me... it wasn't right."

So... Ummm... Well Wh-what should we- I mean- Umm... Catsy isn't - well, she's not b-back yet and it's been- sorta like - Ummm tw-twenty minutes.

"But you can turn into a cat. Then you could do cat things... besides, my strength isn't that bad, it's just blown out of proportion by my parents."

Rin hears the kettle whistle, and takes it off of the heated portion of the stove. "What type of tea?"

Charlotte

The pirate maid starts to laugh, which she quickly disguises as a loud coughing fit. "I don't think it works like that, girlie," she tells Apple, "not even for humans. Anyway, since you're so up on things," she turns to Percival, "what are all the monsters around here? The big guy said something about their 'special needs,' too."

[Siren]

Catsy

Catsy jumps up and looks through the teas. She hands Rin the tea.

"Cat powers aren't that great. I want this tea. It has been a long time since I started playing hide and seek. They haven't looked over here at all."

Stress Explosion: Mischief!

Kerri gets set to leave, but before she does, she mixes up a batch of her own special brand of laughing gas, left bubbling, to fill the lab with it's vapors, "Silly girl... just a little fun, frees up the mind."

Cunning Gas Trap: Until the gas is cleared out, any attempt to do anything in the lab if it is under 6, will instead cause the person to break up in uncontrollable laugher and fail their attempt.

"I have already met the following individuals: Suzie, a zombie who can no longer heal wounds, so do not harm her in any way; Spike, who is suspect is a werewolf, he only eats raw meat; Katsumi, some sort of ice individual who can not stand heat, nor ingest anything hot; Catsy, a shape-changing catgirl who I suspect likes fish; Tamsa, a ghost who requires no special care; And our two masters are vampires."

"Is that enough information for you?"

Charlotte

Hey, what a font of information! This guy would be useful. "Plenty," she answers, "what about the staff? I've been busy."

Rin

Rin takes the tea that Catsy gave him, and also makes mint tea for himself. He stares blankly into his cup of tea for a few seconds. "Wait a minute... how do you suck mint tea?"

"With a straw?" He begins searching through the kitchen for a straw, while still talking to Catsy. "Actually, I think it's kinda neat. You could hide, or get into small spaces you couldn't reach before, or you could use our claws or something..."

"Maybe that mean girl is interrogating them."

[Siren]

Catsy

"What mean girl?"

Percy

"You will have to find out about the staff on your own. I need to unpack my things."

Percy points to a door down the hall and says "This room is mine. You can find me there whenever you need to."

The tall man then goes to his car and begins bringing his possessions into his room.

Stress Explosion: Mischief!

Kerri leaves the lab, but leaves the door unlocked, as though security wasn't activated. She walks down the hall... starting to feel her upset and unresolved sexual tensions released by her acts of mischief. She looks for other problems to cause.

Rin

Rin thinks for a second. 'Was it a girl? No, it was a boy, my bad. I wasn't really paying much attention. He told me that I wasn't human, so had to go home, or something. It's in my mind somewhere, when I need to remember it."

Rin finds his straw, and sits down to begins sucking his mint tea from it. He leaves Catsy's tea on the table.

Charlotte

Well, it's good enough. He would be helpful to avoid embarrassment, at least. Nodding to Apple and Percy, she continues on her way, cleaning up the hallways and hopefully running into someone interesting.

"Let's go look for her so you can at least pretend to have tried before." Miyu follows Kotone if she decides to search for Casty.

Percy

Percival finishes putting his things into his room. The clothes go in the closet and the drawers, the books go into the bookshelves, and the posters go on the walls. He places his sheets and blanket on the bed as well as a nice pillow. Once that is done, he inspects the wine and liquor so he would know it is stolen as well as what he can use to help him cook. He then heads to the kitchen and prepares himself some Earl Grey with milk and sugar.

"Hello again, you two. Catsy, I forgot to ask you what you like to eat during your meals."

O-okay. Kotone says, following Miyu to the ends of the earth wherever Catsy is.

Catsy

Catsy jumps up and grabs her tea. She drinks it sitting on the edge of the table kicking her legs until Percy comes in.

"I have no special dietary requirements. I am mostly like a human."

Catsy smiles.

Percy

"Well, I did not think you had any. What I am more concerned about is what do you like to eat? If I am going to be cooking for you all, I would prefer that my food be enjoyed."

Percy takes a sip of his hot tea and relaxes in his seat.

Miyu whispered to Kotone, "Well I guess we didn't need to worry about her after all." She then spoke to Percy, "Anything is fine with me. I'm not a picky eater."

Rin drinks his Mint tea through his straw. Hmm... straws... like those bales? Why do I drink with a bale? Bales... like with the law. Money? I'm drinking money? Money is tasty, then. Too bad we need it for stuff...

He is knocked away from his tangents as an eye floater passes by his iris. He tries to look at it, and it runs away. "I'll get you."

He looks up at Percy. "Hello."

Kotone

I-I'm fine eating wh-whatever. Kotone asks. Standing sort of behind Miyu.

[Siren]

Catsy

"My friends are back. Have you met my other friend?"

Catsy pats Rin.

"Oh I like things with meat better than vegetables."

Rin

Rin sips his tea. "By the way, she won," he points to Catsy, "at hide-and-seek."

Rin looks at his straw. "Wait, why am I drinking tea with a straw?"
