Sunny beams in delight at the request, and leads DC to her room...

... where he sees the robot.



If DC looks inside, he'll see that it has been fitted with a cpu and visual and auditory sensors, but lacks a power supply or anything to provide movement for the arm or head. It has a socket for placement of a remaining arm, but no legs or any other method for the entire unit to move itself.

There's a very battered notebook nearby that looks like it spent some time out in the weather. It seems to contain drawings of the plans.

Quinn takes the potion, quickly checks it, then beams at Misaki. Thanks, sweetie.
Turning back to Chelonie, she uncorks the potion. This should help with healing the rest of your wounds, she says. I don't know if will do anything for your underlying condition, unfortunatly.

Hm...

A floating robot, perhaps? DC looks for somewhere that looks like a power supply would go there.

[Sunny's Room]

There is a place for a power supply, yes. She just didn't have one to put there, or the language to ask for it.

"DC like? Sunny make good robot?"

[Infirmary Room 2]

Chelonie's burns and lightning damaged are healed, though still a little slower than usual. "No, I don't think there's a cure for the CFS. But thank you for trying."

[Neon Knight]

Misaki smiled, pleased at the praise, and stood by, waiting for Quinn to ask her to do something else.

[Darkcomet]

Wait.

And so DC heads back to the labs! To get another Standard Issue Robo-Battery.

And he'll return, and try to direct Sunny in installing it.

[Sunny's Room]

Sunny is a quick study. She gets the power supply installed and turns it on.

The robot powers up.

[Lord Magtok]

The robot blinks, and moves its arm about slightly, before going into a panic.

Sunny? Sunny! Where's my other arm?! Sunny, my arm! They took it, didn't they?! Oh no, what have they done with my aaaarm?!

[The Bushranger]

You're welcome. Quinn nods, but nontheless mixes the potion into a glass of water and hands it to Chelonie. You should still take that though, just to be sure. She gives Misaki a smile. Could you fix Miss Amakirr a light breakfast, sweetie? One poached egg and toast, perhaps, with a glass of juice?

[Darkcomet]

DC stares at the robot and is silent, honestly rather surprised it's working.

[Neon Knight]

"Okay!" Misaki dashed off to the kitchen to fix up the food.

[Sunny's Room]

Sunny claps her hands in delight. "Sunny make robot! Sunny make robot!"

Robot will find that it can't move its single arm very far, as a proper mechanical motor hasn't been installed, nor can it rotate its head. It also should have a hover unit that has not yet been installed.

[Infirmary Room 2]

Chelonie follows doctor's orders. "Has anyone done anything about increasing security around here?"

[The Bushranger]

Quinn nods a little. I've been busy, but I think things have been worked on. I know some things have been done, and I'm sure our new security director will be making things even more secure than they already are. She pauses and frowns as she drops into a seat. Somebody needs to take out Astir.

[Neon Knight]

Misaki returned bearing a plate with breakfast on it. "Here you go!"

[Lord Magtok]

The robot chitters nervously, and tries to pull itself away from that strange DC person thingy, using its arm to drag itself along. It'll try to move as close to Sunny as it can, its creator is probably the only safe, trustworthy thing in this entire scary horrifying place of doom.

[Darkcomet]

DC is still silent, maybe a little amused at the terrified robot as he watches it.

[Sunny's room]

Sunny knows what scared looks like. "Robot need more parts. Sunny find parts, fix robot. Not be scared, Robot." She says, trying to reassure it.

[Infirmary Room 2]

"New security director? Is Wenomir... was he killed?" Chelonie asks.

[Lord Magtok]

F...fine. But who is that?

It points at...whoever that person with the dark hair and the gun is. That's a stranger, an unknown, a potential hostile, a danger, a threat, and it probably ate the other arm!

[Sunny's Room]

"That DeeCee!" she says. "What you name, Robot?"

[Darkcomet]

DC is still silent.

Also, he left the unfinished gun in the lab and is not carrying the ion cannon at the moment.

[Lord Magtok]

The robot places its claw on its head, and its eyes fade out for a moment, attempting to imitate a blink.

Name?

[Sunny's Room]

"You not have name? You name got stoled like Sunny's knowing?"

[Darkcomet]

DC is still silent, obviously enough.

[Neon Knight]

Corentin is still in the kitchen, working at his tea.

[Lord Magtok]

The strange manner of speech starts to confuse the tiny automaton.

Sunny's "knowing"? Did something happen to your CPU, mistress?

[Sunny's Room]

Sunny nods. "Sunny CPU got broke. Sunny lose data and words."

[Darkcomet]

DC... Remains silent. Yeah.

[Lord Magtok]

The tiny machine tries to pull itself along and then grab Sunny's hand with its own clunky claw hand.

That is...doubleplusungood, mistress. Do you know the thinkbreaker?

"Sunny not know who stoled knowing."

The robot points at DC again.
