We've long since established that Good forces can fight each other. Just as "Good" doesn't equal "Stupid", it also doesn't equal "Mindless Subservient Drones Who All Have The Same Goals".

So the OOTS can be Good and fight the Goblins who are Good. And, of course, the Sapphire Guard, who are Good. The Linear Guild, on the other hand, being Evil, are free to ignore everyone except their chosen targets (the OOTS).

See? It all makes perfect sense.
