From the doorway of the Blue Moose, the barman shouts, angrily brandishing a broom. "Get back here Scaley! You owe me a new window!" He continues yelling colorful insults at all three of you as he runs twords you.

The barman well off Miki pulls out his caltrops and scatters the on the ground before him

"C'mon, we'd better get out of here." Scevola starts to run off, watching to make sure Miki follows.

Gregory sighs, and sprints off with Scevola and Miki.

With the guards at your heels, the three of you flee the city, out of sight of the city walls and the guards, having thrown them off a while ago. The three of you stand, exhausted from your run, in an unfamiliar plane, the green grass sloping up gently to a dense forest. To the left is a dirt road leading off into the distance. A lone man rides a horse-drawn carriage down, humming to himself, seemingly not to notice you.
