When: Whenever you like. Could start posting as him right now, rebuilding the Bount-creation machines under Hans' orders and undergoing Personal Conflict as to why he suddenly feels the need to obey Hans. He'll probably manage to justify it to himself, at least until Hans dies. Or you could wait until the Bount Arc truly kicks off and he'll be doing something more epic than putting machinery together.

Where: Currently enslaved in Olympus Mons, but retaining his personality and memories, etc.

How: Just create a Bount, make it whatever you like doll-wise and appearance-wise and personality-wise, and start to post.

A Bount is something that only exists in the anime, which is too much already. In our timeline, their existence has been made acceptable.

They are essentially vampires, feeding off of spirit particles and souls, however, eating human souls whilst the owner of the soul is still allive causes them to age horribly, though it gives them immense power.

Btw, I would actually be against such a long timeskip, I can't really see how we'd handle the Masato group 10 years into the future, rest of soul society would remain largely unchanged, but, as said, the mortals would be too affected by it I think.

So, anybody read the information for the new Bleach filler arc? It actually looks pretty interesting, and it apparently doesn't have much to do with Ichigo. The only downside is that it'll be running for 52 weeks. Yeah, an entire year of Bleach filler is going to suck, but at least it'll be some unique material.
