Re: Before OotS
Initiative? Okay, here's mine, but I'm gonna be logged off for a while, so I'll also include my first strike. (1d20)[19] and his strike is to charge, hit with dual strike (1d20+23)[28] for (2d6+30)[34] then shoot upwards.

Re: Before OotS
Can he fly? Crator does hit and fly tactics and flew up 15 ft after the strike. Crator is a pain in the proverbial ass, but he's up to par with dragons.

Re: Before OotS
No, he cannot fly, but he stays their, readying his attack. I'll save that attack for rolls for later, I'm to lazy to bother re-rolling. Anyway, the wizard in dark purple robes whispers to Fred again: Seriously, he won't let you through, I mean it. I mean, I've seen that egotistic idiot not live up to his promise countless times after losing. The only option is this. he says grimly.
You have to do it, I know it's hard, but there is no other option.Last edited by waterpenguin43; 2009-07-12 at 05:33 PM.

Re: Before OotS
SpoilerJust making sure I'm right, I've never been able to pull off this amazing coup, as whenever I try it I get just so far and fall short of having all the feats and whatnot Fly By Attack Dual Strike
Crator smiles. He's got the advantage here, with no archers to take him out, he's become the dragon he always thought he was. In the air he flexes his muscles over and over. (1d20+25)[41] for (2d6+30)[37] damage, swooping down 15 ft and back up 15 ft.The Crimson Drake by Crimmy

Re: Before OotS
Fred
Fred whispers back well if you insist I think I have a plan assuming that I can activate this thing. Fred then communicates the following with the group telepathically so this wizard seems sure that this guy will not let us cross so I am going to take the wand of the custom spell he is trying to give to me. The best plan I can think of at the moment is that if the guy blocks us from crossing then we all look like we are leaving and I will try to sneak over and get off a surprise attack then you guys can charge in. The spell does seem a bit high to be made into a wand so I assume that there are some limitations on the custom spell that would not be on the regular one and I will only have about a 75% chance of it activating so if the wand works we will need to finish up quickly.
Fred then takes the wand and assuming that it is not a focus for a trap the soul or something like that whispers are you going to want this back when this is all over.

Re: Before OotS
No, I have no use for it. It works perfectly once then is used up, only one charge. So I decided to let you use it.

Not at the moment. Fred is waiting until he feels the time is right to get optimum use out of the very limited resource since he only has one shot with this thing.

It did hit, and so anyway he retaliates with the rolls I made beforehand. Anyway Fred hears the wizard whisper to him:Go now. He is distracted by the attack.

Re: Before OotS
Fred
I a heated whisper to the wizard Fred says My man you are either much to inexperienced to be giving me advice or are totally insane. In either case you are not the one who will be risking your life. So I will thank you to let me do this my way unless you can give me assurance that what you have rigged up will work 100% of the time. While you obviously believe that it will work I need something that fits with my worldview before I follow the plans of someone for whom I am doing a favor.

Re: Before OotS
Crator swoops down again, striking. (1d20+25)[26] for (2d6+30)[34] damage, then he comments "Man, Pastel, I'm sure this arc'll be over soon. Sides, you were too paranoid to get your own arc."
*Fumble... Okay, well, it is Crator.Last edited by Jesse Drake; 2009-07-16 at 01:21 AM.

Serph
"Whuh?" Says Serph in response to Fred's comments.
"Also, I agree, this arc, while good, has been slightly exclusive, I hope when I get mine it will also involve everyone else."

Ah I am just discussing some points of optimal spell usage with my wizarding colleague so no worries Serph. Fred then adds telepathically At least not yet.

Re: Before OotS
(Is this one full attack or two? Doesn't matter much though) Crator tries to hit and fly upwards, but he hits a weird spot and spins out of control. Then he gets slightly beat up, but he's fine.

Quite an understandable misunderstanding but no harm done. Fred says back.
