GLoG XXXIV: It gets worse!

"Heh. Nah. That's alright. I think I'll figure it out quickly enough. Thanks though."
Irene moves to sit near him.

She is allowed to sit down. What, did you expect him to slap her and say NO BITCH! or something?
"So what recent adventures have you been treated to?"
The music starts up again. Yay!

[Reinholdt]

"Oh... this and that. Someone tried to kill me again." She puts her head on his shoulder cuddling up quite comfortably.

[Ashen Lilies]

"Someone tried to kill you?"
Phoenix is cuddled against! And tries to be as accommodating as possible while not stopping the playing.

Kid Kris prods and pokes Irene to make sure it isn't an impostor.

[Reinholdt]

Depends on your definition of impostor.

"Yeah. Poison wine. Someone else picked up the tab though. Unlucky sap."

She wraps her arms around his waist. Probably difficult to play now. "I never did thank you properly for all you've done for me."

Phoenix copes with the loss of his beloved music by wrapping an arm around Irene instead.
"And you'll never have to."

[Reinholdt]

She looks up. "I don't have to."

She leans closer. "But I want to."

"Do you."
Phoenix lifts Irene's chin with his free hand.

[Reinholdt]

"Yes."
Irene leans in to kiss him.

[Ashen Lilies]

A kiss is shared.
Somewhere, though probably not in the rose garden, it being a rose garden and all, cherry blossoms are falling. Romantic like. Yes, I am well aware it is the middle of summer, thank-you-very-much.

[Reinholdt]

Is very romantic. In a way.

Which means it has to be long and drawn out.
*taps foot impatiently*

Marcos yawns and heads into the base. He heads into Tia's room and curls up beside her, tired beyond belief.

Indeed it does. If you'll excuse me, I'll be in the bathroom. Parting myself from my dinner.

In the end, Phoenix is the one who must breath first, not being a semi-amphibious nymph... thing.

Irene smiles. "I suppose you'll have to protect me in the future more often, don't you think?"

Phoenix smiles as well. Somewhat to be expected.
"Maybe I will."

[Reinholdt]

Phoenix maybe coulda sworn he saw the slightest hint of red in Irene's eyes. Maybe. Or maybe it was his imagination? It's not there now.

"Good. I'd like that."

"I hope you feel better soon." Irene stands up.

[Ashen Lilies]

I wish I could say that Phoenix has had plenty of girlfriends with evil red eyes... but no. This is a new experience for him. Not that he noticed.
"And I hope that your good health remains so."
Heh. Not with Khiansa after her.

[Reinholdt]

"I believe... I shall have better health than ever. Thank you."
Irene heads off towards the member's quarters.

Okay... that... that was creepy. And ominous.

Phoenix deadtimes.

Irene deadtimes, her player perfectly happy with the amount of creepy ominousness that has occurred.

Tia wakes up slowly. She feels a weight against her and almost leaps out of bed. She quickly recognizes the breathing of Marcos and relaxes. A slight smile graces her face and she rolls over to face him.

[Falgorn]

Marcos wakes up with a yawn. Morning, Masha... She could notice a hickey on his neck.

Alexis wakes up in the infirmary, cracking her neck since she slept in an uncomfortable position all night by Alex.

Aww...
Alex, for his part, is still asleep at the moment.
But it looks like that bandage on the wound is due for changing.



Quinn, meanwhile, emerges from her room, with a very happy smile on her face as she heads for the kitchen.

DC is still sitting in his bed in the infirmary, grumbling.

Eladrin is asleep in a bed in the infirmary, he looks to be quite a bit better.

Alexis gets the supplies and starts to carefully try and change Alex's bandage without waking him up. She looks over to DC to see if he needs help.

DC doesn't look like he needs any help.

Alex stays asleep; the wound is rather nasty, digusting, and still slowly bleeding. Thankfully it doesn't look to be infected.


Quinn, meanwhile, comes into the Infirmary looking far too happy, nods to Alexis noticing that she has things in hand, and heads over to DC. So, are we ready to see what we can see inside that hard head of yours today?
