"Now that that's taken care of, let's get some shelter," Aelis says, tired from the fighting and the grief of the day.

Raza shuffles through the wreck and finds a length of rope that would suit the survivors' needs.

Since you probably saved my life out there,I will tell you something i have never told any other sentient being, Im here searching for the opposite mask of this one. It always has a smile on its face. Its an artifact that was stolen from our church by a man name Ren. I will put it simply i plan on finding him, and killing him in the slowest most agonizing way possible. After that i will return my mask to the temple, and take up my clerical duties once again. As for what im doing in the north, its where my seeing orb told me to go. Now what are you doing here? Other then looking for components.

He looks over at Bthela and grins. "Anything eh? Well, I am curious what you look like under all that gold."

OOC: yeps. I go by the +1 lv per encounter remember? I don't usually through countless battles at people, I do it dramatically. so, after every battle I'll rell you to level up, unless its something like killing a villager one per encounter until the village was all dead.

"I don't exactly plan thing out you see. I am a craftsmen that works with expensive material, any chance to aquire gems of quality could make me a fortune. 'Glittersklym is called glitter for a reason' right? Once I heard that I just decided it was time to take trip.

For the first time in her life she wondered if she a bit too impulsive in her decision. Maybe some research would have told her no amount of profit would be worth the effort. Even the cleric knew there was trouble in this area.

"Honestly, my superiors assinged me here," Aelis said, removing his armor. "They needed someone strong, so they sent me. It's namely undead I see up here, but there's the occasional gelugon."

"Oh great even the kid knew this place was trouble! I knew this this emerald mine rumor was too good to be true. And here I thought I was so clever coming up here to get exclusive rights.

What the warblade and cleric said exasperated Raza but also gave her a small amount of hope. Maybe if this party stabilized the area SHE would be awarded the mines all to herself? The fact that the area was so treacherous made it likly NO ONE had claim to the mines. This compounded by the thought of using constructs to do free labor...... Maybe she could salvage this situation afterall with the help of her new (and powerful) friends. Raza quickly smiled broadly.
Ah forgive me, for snapping like that. Let us not let the deaths of these innocents be in vain. I pledge to help you two do-gooders. I usually don't go out of way to help others but your convictions have ummmm convinced me hehe..".

Raza hoped that sounded as natural as possible. "hey, I play hero AND make a great profit" Raza always prided herself on being a optimist.

Aelis leaned back and closed his eyes, thinking."Any one have a map or something?" he asks, hoping to figure it out.

[Samb]

I say we go to sleep and continue to the town we were headed to when we wake up. At the very least tell them the caravan has been wiped out.

"Thank you," Aelis says, looking it over. He traces his finger over areas and looking over the script. He isn't trained in how to decipher it, but hr finds the town they were heading to and deciphers the correct direction.

Raza stretched out and fell asleep between Aathil and Bthela. It was a long day. Hopefully tomorrow will bring better news.

The next morning*

So whats the travel plan?

[Samb]

Let us be off to town then. We were only about 2 hours away via caravan. I suspect we would reach town within the day

Bthela, casts the fly spell 4 times.

She climbs out of the rope trick spell. I guess we go that way, and she begins flying.

As you begin your travels, you soon notice that the area around you is hard to recognize from the map. the ground is a similar barren white, with only a few trees popping up to cancel out the endless treck.
