Syd stands up, not quite sure what Patty means and a little uncomfortable by it, and curtsies again. Right away. But she deadtimes before reaching Matt.

Patty leans back with a smile, folds her hands behind her head, and people-watches as she waits.

As the other maids join the other young men for the dinner that will occur sometime tomorrow, maybe after school if Moofin gets on, Patty will probably notice that Sydney is really the most attractive servant girl here. She has chosen... wisely.

Sydney leads Matt, freshly showered and newly garbed in princely attire, back to the dining room to Patty.

Patty smiles broadly, her face softening at the sight of Matt, as she throws princess-ly decorum to the winds, jumps up, and hurries over to hug him tightly!

Matt hugs her back and smiles happily. Sorry, just, ah, showing Ari around the Keep.

Patty giggles and puts a kiss on each of Matt's cheeks, then one on his lips. Don't worry, handsome. I'm sure you thoroughly enjoyed it. She steps back and smiles at Sydney. While you were...showing her around, I took the opportunity to get to know some people, and, seeing as I'm to be a princess, I now have a handmaiden.

Matt blushes, then catches the last bit of what she said. You what? Hoo boy... He shakes his head and chuckles.

Patty giggles, and nods a little. Oh yeah. So, how about dinner, handsome?

Matt nods back, and then dinner might as well be served. Silly cooks have taken like two days to make it, so it must be good.

Patty smiles happily, and goes to lead Matt to the table so they can sit.

Sydney, as her handmaiden, may or may not join them. Protocol on that is unknown to BR.

Matt sits, leaving a space on his other side for Ari.
Syd pretty much just stands behind Patty, waiting to do something as needed.

Patty seems to be famished as she digs in to her food.
But after a moment leans over to whisper to Matt.
Would it be considered bad form to tell her to eat at the same time we are?

Matt leans back. Notice how the paladins aren't eating? They're keeping their sword hands free in case they need to work. Like the paladins, the servants will eat when they are not needed.

Patty nods, and turns her attention back to demolishing her meal.

Hey, if you'd been waiting two days to eat, you'd be famished too.

Ari slides in next to Matt, blushing. She starts eating her food. If Moofin doesn't get on after school, then she'll just sit there politely.

Patty smiles happily at Ari in greeting, her own meal well past halfway done.

Matt smiles at Ari too, his own meal finished. Apparently they didn't teach table manners in Insurgent School; the kid is a voracious eater.
