Re: Request an OotS Style Avatar XVI
Hello everybody! I would like to have a bebilith avatar please. Maybe one based on the description found here but I don't mind if a different bebilith is used. Thank you.

Kinda like this?

In case you use it, give me credit.
If not, fine too.
Might make some more Naruto-characters in OOTS-style, it's fun.

An attempt (I fear I messed up the hakama badly):
URL: http://i614.photobucket.com/albums/t...---8-31-09.gif, although I'd like it if you could host it yourself.
Avatar size: 88x117
And a repost of my own:
Can someone make me a sigatar of a phoenix, please? Details up to the artist, just with lots of fire.Last edited by FirebirdFlying; 2009-08-31 at 06:41 PM.

My first request. Could I get this guy in that pose (But with a more serious face) with this guy:
http://dma.wtw-x.net/dexveedrazero.shtml
Behind him in THAT pose?
Kind of a big request, I'm also fine with it just being the first part.
Thanks in advance!Last edited by Taisuru; 2009-08-31 at 06:55 PM.

Re: Request an OotS Style Avatar XVI
Wondering if anyone could do an avatar of my first D&D character, a human duskblade (that's him as my current avatar), but how I imagine him looking at the end of the campaign he's in (the current avatar is how he looked at level 1).
Main things I'm wanting:
1. Mithral Full-plate armour
2. A heavily enchanted greatsword (I don't care what the enchantments are; the only one I know he'd have by then is a "Bane, (dragon)" one, which I don't think can really be shown in an avatar)
3. His off-hand flaring with magic (to show that he's a duskblade)
4. A full 10 levels in Dragon Disciple, with silver as the dragon type; so claws, sharp teeth, silver scales and wings
5. A confidant, relaxed pose, with the same grin my current avatar's got. Possibly with the sword leaning on his right shoulderAvatar of Gnar'tigor - former Star Player of the Hellborn Hooligans Blood Bowl team - by Savannah

If anyone can find a better-quality version of that, let me know.

78% of DM's started their first campaign in a tavern. If you're one of the 22% that didn't, copy and paste this into your signature.

Re: Request an OotS Style Avatar XVI
Hooray!
I hate being given completely airtight instructions. Some nice free rein is just what I was I hoping for.
Expect it probably tomorrow, maybe Thursday.
ShadowFighter15 and Morpheus, I'll give yours a go as well.
EDIT: Daggaz, it was easier than I thought. Finished already.

If you don't view it fullsize Deviant art has given it an odd black background for some reason.
Make sure you give credit in your sig.Last edited by Zolkabro; 2009-09-01 at 06:19 AM.

Here you go:
http://zolkabro.deviantart.com/art/O...atar-135526863
Make sure you view him fullsize. DeviantArt doesn't like PNGs with transparent backgrounds, so unless you view it fullsize he has an automatic black background.
I think he looks pretty awsome as he is, but if you want hair, just say.
Make sure you credit me in your sig!Last edited by Zolkabro; 2009-09-01 at 11:15 AM.

Re: Request an OotS Style Avatar XVI
Alright playgroundlings, I come bearing a new request. For those of you who have heard of or read the "Cirque Du Freak" fictional series by darren shan, I would like an OoTS style avatar of Larten Creepsly.
For those of you who DON'T know the series, I have a vague description.
- Tall and thin (around 7ft or so)
- Extremly pale skin
-small crop of orange hair at the top of his head (clown esque)
-Black eyes
- Large scar running down his left cheek, making his smile seem to stretch on to the left.
- Red clothing ( doesent specify exactly, I always assumed dirty, tattered formal wear)
And a rather large spider sittng on his shoulders, chest, arm, or what have you. (madam octa for those of you who know)
- Very large ( about the size of a baseball)
- Tarantula
-Green, Purple, and Red color scheme ( be creative, but not too flamboyant)
Thanks to any/all who take a shot at this!

Re: Request an OotS Style Avatar XVI
Looks cool, but there's a few things that strike me as off. This is all compared to my mental image of him, keep in mind. Also, I don't know if deviant art or the program you used messed with the colours or not.
1) It seems too blue rather than silver; I always pictured mithral as having a silvery sheen and Erik himself is supposed to be a silver half-dragon by that stage, so the blue kind of seems wrong.
2) His eyes; the left one is supposed to be bright green.
3) The sword seems a bit over-the-top (not that that's a bad thing; look at Advent Children), I always pictured it as being about the same size as Roy's sword.
4) The wing shape seems more like what you'd use for feathery wings, not leathery dragon ones.
5) Definitely add the hair (should've put this first but forgot). He looks like a completely different person when bald.
I know that seems like a lot of criticism (especially after reading the description you added to the pic on deviant art), but it just struck me as being a totally different character, rather than a later version of my current avatar.
Also, wouldn't the forum code squash the picture at those dimensions?
EDIT: Almost forgot; would a cloak work with the look, or would the wings just get in the way of it?Last edited by ShadowFighter15; 2009-09-01 at 09:27 PM.

Re: Request an OotS Style Avatar XVI
I'll take that, if you don't mind. Might take a while, but I should be able to get one that looks OotS-ish.

Re: Request an OotS Style Avatar XVI
If no-one else wants to try this, I'll take a shot at it. The black on black on black makes it pretty hard to see, though. I've done three different variations (large and small versions of each). If you like one of them, let me know if there are any improvements I can make. Thanks.
Brown Bow - Black and White Mask (Avatar Sized)
Brown Bow - Black and White Mask (Large)
Black Bow - Black and White Mask (Avatar Sized)
Black Bow - Black and White Mask (Large)
Black Bow - White Mask (Avatar Sized)
Black Bow - White Mask (Large)
That's supposed to be his skin poking out underneath the mask and through the eyeholes (Black eyeholes looked just like regular old eyes). I thought of tying the mask on, but to tie it under the hood wouldn't show, and to tie it over the hood would just be ridiculous.
Does this guy remind anyone else of The Black Fox?Last edited by Tannhaeuser; 2009-09-02 at 01:39 AM.
