She looks a little distrustful at first, but her expression softens. It's okay. Sorry for over reacting. It's just that... well, sometimes I get the feeling that there are other people rooting around inside my head. Having somebody admit to it is a little... unnerving.

He looks around a little to see who all is there.

It's . . . okay. He says, a bit reluctantly. Not to scare you, but there is something going on in your head, and it's not me. You say it isn't you either.

[Jacklu]

Euria frowns. Do you... can you tell if there is anybody else around right now? Trying to read my mind too?

[Recaiden]

I'll look. He casts about, thinking to see if there is any such thing.

[Jacklu]

There isn't. At least, not that Jacklu has any control over. Euria waits nervously, afraid of what he might find.

[Recaiden]

There's nothing. Have you been modifying your memory or developing spilt personalities? He sounds to be joking.
Of course, whatever it was might have just been trying to protect you. Maybe you've got powers you haven't discovered.

[Jacklu]

She shakes her head. Preposterous. I... I am a trained healer... Maybe... Maybe all that positive energy gives me... special defenses... I also make shields, so I guess it isn't so far off.

[Recaiden]

Arlem shrugs. I wouldn't know. Reading people's all I do. And this.He looks just like Euria now. Nothing else without a power to channel, which I don't have. That's a useful skill.

[Jacklu]

Euria smiles. Well, thanks again for helping me out. If you ever need any healing, just let me know. I mend clothes too. Well, goodnight! She bows slightly before backing into her room and gently closing her door. Her player heads off to bed as well.

Arlem heads back to the portal, wondering how that could have gone worse, and deadtimes.

Susan's lying in the infirmary, frustratedly looking at the ceiling.

Crimson finally wakes up, gets up, and heads off to her room to change.
She comes back out with some simple, tomboy-ish shorts and a shirt, then curls up on the couch in the Great Room, sorting through the various movies to find one she wants to watch.

Happy whirs in her hover MagChair into Czernov's office.

"Czernov, I wanted to ask about..."

"Czernov?"

She slips out of the chair and into the floor next to him, checking for a pulse and screaming for the med-drones. But part of her knows that it's already too late.

((Very sick today... posting will be sporadic to non-existant.))

There is somebody swimming in the pool at the moment. Somebody new who somehow made it pasts the scanners and into the building despite her clearly demonic nature. A succubus, it would seem.

[Fredthefighter]

A large brown bear pads into the pool area and begins growling.

Demon! You have very little time to explain yourself before I personally escort you from the premises!
He's not actually shouting, his voice is just like that.

[Jacklu]

The succubus looks at the bear. She swims to the far side of the pool, putting some distance between herself and the bear. I'm allowed to be here as much as you are! I've done nothing wrong, leave me alone!

[Fredthefighter]

Are you a member or a guest of someone here then? the bear asks in a softer tone.

[AmberVael]

Crimson hears the arguing and timidly heads to the pool area, peeking into it to see what is going on.

[Jacklu]

The succubus glares at the bear. And what if I'm not? What if I just decided to use your pool? Though if it really matters, I am in fact the guest of somebody here.

[Fredthefighter]

Very well then ma'am. I apologise for my initial reaction. I had a rather unpleasant encounter with demons in the mountains I used to call my home. Enjoy your swim.
The bear shifts into a large, hairy and well-muscled man wearing a bearskin cloak and a pair of brown shorts.
The man bows and begins to walk away.

[AmberVael]

Crimson creeps the rest of the way into the pool area, glancing around uncertainly.

[Jacklu]

The succubus smiles deviously to herself. That certainly is a shame. Not all demons are bad, you know. In fact, I'm pretty nice, when I'm not being threatened by a bear. Would you like to join me and find out how nice I can be? She casts a wink in Crimson's direction, extending the invitation to her as well.

[Fredthefighter]

The bears in the mountains do say that I need to relax more.

Sven shrugs his shoulders, places his cloak on the side and slips into the pool, not bothering to remove his shorts.

So. Who might you be?

The little abyssal goes to the edge of the pool and dips in her feet, not going any further since she doesn't have her swimsuit.
She seems rather timid and shy, but the succubus did seem friendly... also, she has no idea what she's dealing with.

The succubus smiles as two potential victims take the offered bait. Now to reel them in, nice and gentle. My name is Lorial. And you two are?

[Fredthefighter]

I am Sven Winterfang! A pleasure to meet you Miss Lorial! he says in his usual loud and booming voice before clearing his throat.

[Neon Knight]

Tersely the Terse Drone enters the pool room, headed straight for Lorial. "Excuse me. You claim to be a guest here. Records do not indicate this."

[Jacklu]

Lorial glares at the drone as it enters. I was unaware that I had to sign a guest book. Sorry. She turns back to Sven. Is there a way to make these drones leave you alone?
